Gift Cards Pro lets you design, sell and redeem gift cards and vouchers on any WordPress site, with or without WooCommerce. This documentation covers version 4.8: setup, the two template systems (Giftcard modern and Giftcard standard), gift items, payments, email delivery, redemption and the new AI backgrounds.
Quick start
- Install the plugin and activate your license, then click Create Plugin’s Default Pages in the settings.
- Enter company name, logo and currency under General settings and enable at least one gateway under Payment settings.
- Design your first card in the template builder: upload a background or generate one with AI.
- Put the shop on a page with a shortcode (see Display booking forms).
- Place a test order, check the emails in the Email Center and try a redemption in WooCommerce or at the counter.

- Generate with AI: describe a background and get it rendered inside the template builder; every image lands in your media library. How it works
