The General tab holds everything that defines how vouchers look and behave. The most important groups:
Company and currency
- Company Logo, Company Name: printed on every voucher and used in emails.
- Currency Code / Symbol / Position, Select number format: how amounts are shown.
- Website URL / Email on PDF in Footer, Left side Voucher notice: footer texts on the PDF.
Voucher styles and templates
- Can customers choose voucher styles? and Voucher Style: the three classic PDF layouts (Style 1 to 3).
- Voucher Background / Text Color, Border & Button Color: colours of the front-end forms.
- Templates Columns, Select Template Mode (Landscape, Portrait, Both), Sort Item by.
- Hide the title of the voucher, Hide voucher First step, Show service name on Giftcard modern.
Values, expiry and codes
- Minimum / Maximum Voucher Value: limits for custom amounts.
- Voucher Expiry Type / Value: a fixed date or a number of days after purchase; Expiry date format; Date shown on voucher.
- Coupon code type / length / Starting coupon number: random 16-digit codes (default) or sequential numbers; Coupon display type.
- Enable Barcode on PDF Voucher: for scanning at the counter.
- Hide price on vouchers, Hide price from Items.
Checkout behaviour
- Buying for: let the buyer choose myself, someone else or both; Allow Future Date enables scheduled delivery; Use 24-Hour Time Format.
- Terms and Condition Checkbox Text, Voucher Terms Note.
- Add extra charges on every voucher + Additional Charges Text: a commission or handling fee.
- Post Shipping + Shipping Method: offer printed vouchers by post with a fee.
- Enable Google reCAPTCHA with site and secret key: protects the forms from bots.
- Voucher preview Button, Color / Text Preview, Change PDF Save Option, Add Your Custom Demo Image, Add Your Custom Loader URL.
- Successful Page Message, Order Cancellation Message.
