Enable WooCommerce support under Woo Settings. Customers then redeem a voucher in three ways:
- Classic cart / checkout: enter the code in the plugin’s gift voucher box or in WooCommerce’s coupon field. Both deduct the voucher.
- Cart Block / Checkout Block (block-based WooCommerce pages): the voucher is applied through the block’s coupon form (4.6.3 and later).
- My Account → Check Voucher Balance: customers see the remaining balance of their codes.
The amount is deducted from the order total; what is left stays on the code. Redemption Restrictions let you exclude products or categories and decide whether shipping and taxes may be paid with a voucher. The applied code is shown on the order for you and the customer, and the voucher’s history in Purchase History lists every order it was used on.
