For redemptions at your counter:

1. Scan the barcode or type the code into Gift Cards Pro → Check Voucher Balance and click Check Balance. You see value, remaining balance, expiry and payment status.
2. Deduct the amount spent (partial redemption) or click Mark as used in Purchase History when the whole value is used.

Staff without full admin rights can use a page with [wpgv_partial_redeem] instead of the WordPress admin.
